busy, busy, busy

Hiya people :) Sorry for keeping the site closed, I just sort of needed to sort a few things out. I can't write much right now so I'm sorry about that. I'll be ending the challenges soon and I hope you like the new layout :) I'm really busy cos I'm working on a new site so I'm really sorry that I don't have much time for this site. But I'll try and get more updates done in the next few days xD Anisa x

Hiyaaa! OMG I just cannot believe that I've not updated in the last 4 months!! I guess that I did need a bit of a break though :S I found that I was always on Piczo constantly updating and trying to keep up with my site :| So this break has been really good for me because I also could concentrate more on my coursework and stuff.

So starting with the most obvious thing... the layout :P As you can guess I'm in Year 11 and basically we left school on May 9th! So that's where the idea for the layout came from, but we've not got rid of the school forever :P I'm currently going back for my GCSE exams and my last one is on Wednesday 11th June and it's a Physics one :( The one subject I really, really hate! So as you can see I've got a little bit more free time on my hands so I can slowly get back into the swing of things :D I know it sounds kinda weird but I actually miss school... even though I used to hate the stupid place it feels weird not to go back but the day when we left I just loved all the free time that I had! It beats going school any day :P But on the last day all us girls cried our eyes out! The teachers put together a really nice presentation with old photos and stuff and all our tutors actually had something nice to say to us for once ;) I could tell that the boys wanted to cry but like always they hold their emotions in and besides majority of them are chavs... you see my point? They wouldn't be seen dead blubbing like a girl :D But right now I'm having to revise at home like mad if I want to pass these stupid exams xD

So enough about me leaving school! I thought to myself a few months back that I would like to open the site again in time for May 19th... because it's been 2 years I've been on the web! Time flies doesn't it? I can remember when this site was full of glittery backgrounds and I used to live on those glitter name maker things... where you type in something and it comes out all glittery. Well, I'm glad those days are over :P So there's really no point in making a special layout for 2 years because that day's passed now anyways :)

I haven't done any major updates because like I said I've been busy with the run-up to the end of school and exams now as well :S Oh yeah did I mention my textiles coursework? Well some of you may remember how I said it was complete murder and how I would stay up until 3am finishing things off. Well we handed it in after the Easter holidays and guess what? I got an A! I couldn't believe it!! I got 92/105 marks, and I guess all the blood, sweat and tears that went into that coursework paid off ;)

Anyway where was I? Oh yeah about updates! I've finally got round to changing the guestbook page. The old colours were making me sick so I thought now's the chance to change it, so I did :) I hope you like the colours and stuff :D

Now, moving onto the Challenges. Well, I've decided to delete 3 of them, and they are Advanced Image Challenge, Mini-Blend Challenge & Runway Model Challenge. I'm sorry to all those people that entered those 3 challenges but I just found that I couldn't cope with 6 challenges and I found that all I was ever doing when I logged into Piczo was ending challenges. But I've left open my 3 favourites which are: Layout Challenge, Icon Challenge & Re-touch Challenge. And I've also started these 3 up with new pictures and stuff so if you'd like to enter then please do so :) Seeing as I'll have some more time I'll definitely be entering your lot's competitions now :P So if you have any open then please just mention it in the guestbook and I'll see what I can do ;)

So, the last thing that I'm going to be talking about today is my lovely affiliates. I'm really sorry for being away for so long and not keeping in contact but please, if any of you reading this are my affie then please tell me if I'm still your affiliate or not... if I'm not then no hard feelings ;P If I had an affie that was as bad as me then I'd be really annoyed by now so I understand if you've taken me off your lists :) But, if any of you have decided to keep me then could you please confirm it with me, that would make my life much easier instead of me having to look through endless lists hoping I'm still on them :S Thanks guys :D Or maybe if some of you have changed your site name and would like to still be my affie then please do tell me what the new one is.

So, I think that's pretty much everything! I think so anyway... but my updates are on the left, if you'd like to know what else I've made or changed or w.e! But, thanks so much for your support everyone and I can' wait to be part of the Piczo community again :P bye x Anisa
